AIO 0.44.0/0.44.1 not working

New AIO versions are broken

Current Behavior

AIO container is not starting. There is a suspicious row

can't create API client: can't init SDK client: write request: open gRPC connection: gRPC dial: connection error: desc = "transport: error while dialing: dial tcp [::1]:16513: connect: connection refused"

Expected Behavior

AIO container starts properly

Steps to Reproduce

docker compose up -d
