It seems pretty important to be able to create a dynamic mask indicating where you want the AI to generate, then provide the whole image and that area as context.
Perhaps it could be accomplished with Krita's selection mask system, where you'd quickly paint over areas you want affected (with a soft brush to have it take certain areas into account more). Other inpainting tools work this way, I believe.
