Assuming that koi is meant to be used 1 server to 1 person, then it would be nice to be able to spin up the server on demand.
Perhaps if Krita is open and the user has clicked a "start server" button in the UI, then the server loads the model. When Krita closes or stops its connection to the server (via some keep-alive heartbeat), or the user clicks a "stop server button," then the server unloads the model.
This prevents the koi server from holding on to VRAM while its not in use.
