onebotv11下 另一个客户端上发送的信息没被记录

不一定需要调用事件才会发生message_sent事件，需要加一个事件监听器

当我运行bot的同时在另一个设备也登陆正常使用，我在另一个设备上发消息，运行bot的客户端也能接收到这个消息的发送事件，napcat和llonebot事实上也可以接受到这个事件并上报，这个上报也是以message_sent事件
