In the current version of the NOME CP OER explore view we need some changes that became obvious when adding data by another scientist.

round values in current density filter
For changing current densities in the different loops we do not want to compute the stability measurement for the first&last run of the upload but rather for the beginning and end of every run. Every run should be then displayed in the widgets as a single data point.
