It's the last build released via AMO (addons.mozilla.org), not available anymore in that site.

Original changelog

• Fixed: the ZIP file containing the engines being exported could be corrupted during the creation process when two engines with names differing only in some non-alphanumeric characters were found.
• Other minor changes.
