Draft new client use cases

All of the API calls in the data node were created by openapi-generator. This is a new issue to try to encapsulate the new use cases for this client. These are all the important cli functions that can support the workflows that run the challenge.

• Validate / Evaluate annotated notes
• Show submission history (admins not participants)
• Check the status of recent submissions (admins not participants)
• get notes for a fhristore
• store annotations to an annotation store
• the listing operations only return the first page. Create convenience functions that returned the entire list
