Possibly migrating to using tdewolff/minify

I'm considering changing using NPM packages to using https://github.com/tdewolff/minify.

It seems like a great option in terms of speed.

We would just need to modify inputs on our end in auto-minify.

I'll give this some time to see if anyone disagrees; otherwise, I'll consider a v3 v4 which uses it.
