Tutorial requires a paid Medium account

I have used this library for many years but just noticed that the tutorial blog post now requires a paid Medium account.

Was this on purpose or an oversight?

I'd love to read through that blog post again as I look to see if this can help solve icon issues for a new project. There appears to be YouTube videos available but I (and possibly others) prefer to follow a blog post at my own speed.
