Couldn't replicate this issue on 15.1 (24B83). How did you install AeroSpace? And also, does your user have admin privileges or is it a regular user?

Installed through homebrew and yes, my user does have admin priviledges. Adding AeroSpace.app to login items manually does lead to the expected behaviour anyways, so it's a minor issue.
