Niivue desktop currently has a sidebar positioned on the left of the image canvas. It would be useful to allow users to choose where the sidebar is placed (left or right)

  • add new "view --> side bar right" menu option
  • adjust sidebar styling to work well when switching sides
  • add event listener from new menu item to reposition sidebar
