Currently these are called on the commandline and errors are evaluated with a bash redirect. This should incorporate python logging with a unique Subjid for each.

  1. Log Trigger Creation for failures etc
  2. Log QA processing and print out the number of trials extracted (use logger.info('QA oddball passed') - vs assert)
  3. Print a QA passed for all - just as a final check
