Python translation library

Just a quick google search shows 3 different libraries in python for translating and there are probably a lot more.
For example:

2. https://github.com/UlionTse/translators
3. https://github.com/terryyin/translate-python

So I was wondering if anyone has experience / comments to offer, to have some comparison.
