Making custom filter reduce the full-screen window

Describe the issue

When a user tries to add a custom filter to customize blocking of an item on a web page, the Microsoft Edge main window, when in full-screen mode, automatically go to "Window-Mode".

1. Microsoft Edge need to be in fullscreen mode
2. Launch a website and click on "Enter selector mode"

• OS/version: Windows 10, 1803
• Browser/version: MS Edge, W10@1803
• uBlock Origin version: uBlock Origin 1.15.24
