It occurs randomly ; after restarting the same build, the error first happened on another job then it passed...
Or maybe it's cache-related (passing only the second time ?)

Hi! I had the same issue and found that I didn't execute:
docker run --rm --privileged multiarch/qemu-user-static --reset -p yes
as described here:

@iseletkov Thanks! I was so puzzled by this. Resetting qemu architectures fixed the problem for me.

docker run --rm --privileged multiarch/qemu-user-static --reset -p yes
