child process should not start on top

Everytime NiceHash kills and restart a child process, the new batch windows is always on top. Very annoying when doing something else.

I should start minimized, or at least, not on top

Setting HideMiningWindows to true in your config file should hide those windows (slightly different than what you're asking for). The feature doesn't work for me, and I've submitted a bug report.

i already have the setting to true and still get the windows on top, i think the setting does nothing
