The title of the page should be in the center. This would make the website more symmetric and aesthetically pleasing.
Also, the title when focused upon, changes its background to yellow.

The chart outline should have the color black instead of white as white merges into the background color and makes it harder to analyze the graph.

It is better if the header is same color as the footer. This will provide uniformity and indicate the user that the page has ended.
