The cloudfront curl isn't working. I also have an intention of doing the same thing. I saw that SAP now offers https://store.docker.com/images/sap-hana-express-edition but it doesn't work on Mac as per their documentation. It seems that you may be further along then I am. What are your thoughts or feedback?

I have managed to connect to their docker container. However, I am running it from an Ubuntu server... I still don't understand enough Hana though. It opens a lot of ports :-) Is your problem to install curl in a docker container? That should be easy to fix. Nevertheless, given they have now an officially supported container I will try to stick to it...
