A more sophisticated phase B followup of #441 and as previously outlined in #173. Functionality: after submitting a manifest, we may still want to check that the annotations look correct on Synapse. This can be done by pulling the data we just submitted and checking it against what we expect. For example:

  • Did keys/values change from what we expect?
  • Are lists actually lists?
  • Did data get truncated?
