convert to sphinx

• for easy referencing (let's use RST)
• for html generation to be put up at readthedocs, referencable in mails, issues
• without travis integration
• i expect countermitm to be a somewhat open-ended effort

would be great to have a conversion by sunday when i plan to work further on things.

hmmm.... pandoc allows for all of the above.
But i don't care enough to have a toolset discussion now.
Also pandoc also allows converting to rst. so whatever.

thanks. i indeed wasn't aware what pandoc provides and wanted to re-use what i know about sphinx, readthedocs etc.
