I have some markdown-links in the 0 doc but they don't show in the PDF. With sphinx/rest they do. Is it maybe worth to quickly convert (without the travis integration) the files to RST and do a sphinx doc?.
I think one can just copy the autocrypt/doc directory, remove .rst files and tweak conf.py.

I just confirmed that links do not work in the abstract but work in the rest of the pdf.
Will close this issue and create a new one for moving the content of the abstract into a first chapter so we can have links and writing a new short abstract.
