Preserve the timestamp of unchanged notes

Note should preserve the timestamp (creation time), when just moved to a different category

Since you opemed the issue specifucally in the repository of zhe Notes Android App: How does the Notes server app behave? The behavior of the server app is leading. Adjusting Notes Android to the server app is fine, foe the other way around we would need to open this change request in the repository of the server app.

I see, thx, didn't know that. So when moving a file from dir A to dir B, what happens, when I change the category, the server app creates a new timestamp. I will look for the server app repo here.
