We all know it. You read some code and you think omg why is it done like that? We can do better that this. Let's use this ticket to collect those pain points. We won't work on them right away. It's more a collection of code smells to be picked up as time allows.

Added sabre-io/dav#1368 so that we can have proper types when implementing Sabre's interfaces.
