Feature request: Putting mails in folder

I wanted to file a small feature request. At the moment all mailboxes have a hard coded path where they get placed (in /Mails sent to ... of the users home folder).

Was it possible to define somewhere a prefix where this is placed? When configured multiple mail boxes this will lead to e.g. /frommail/Mails sent to A@... and /frommail/Mails sent to B@... which will not clutter the main folder of the user that much.
