How to make brightness unchanged when the mouse moves on an image?

In my article, there are local images. But their brightness is lower than they actually are. When the mouse moves on an image, then that image turns its brightness back. It troubles me because I can only see an image clearly by moving my mouse on it.

My question is, how to turn off this brightness effect?
