Fix release workflow by adding the missing repository to the chain of release jobs

Expected Behavior

The test repository should be updated automatically.

Current Behavior

The Release job stuck in "Check images are pullable" step since one of the images can not be pulled. After a manual check it turned out that 'cmd-dahboard-ui' was not released automatically. Add this repository to the release chain.
