Reporting diagnostic data

This release brings in more changes requested in #31 Also with update check NAM sends now info about number of taken SDS readings and number of failed readings.

Display on LCD/OLED

New features:

• Display on LCD & OLED now is supported for sensors on new scheduler.
• mDNS send device ID as TXT record (#31)
• SHT3x (as temp sensor) shows data on LCD (#32)

Minor Influx reporting change

Change from 37rc3 for old SDS code was brought to new SDS code - to Influx are sent -1 (aka no readings) from SDS when it is enabled.

Enable SDS/HECA display

With this release new code mimics old behaviour. Both SDS and HECA, if enabled via old setting will display results on LCD

HECA enabled by default

Use old HECA config option to override enable. That way, after upgrade to 38rc3 HECA will be enabled if it was enabled with old code. No need to manually HECA reenable

HECA managed by new scheduler

HECA is now operated by code under new scheduler. It also reports duty cycle - how long during current measurement period heater was enabled.

Some bugs fixed, new features:

• sensor uptime is available in /data.json
• on /values page link to madavi.de (sensor graphs), if sending data to madavi is enabled

Status page

This release includes all bugfixes from 37rcX releases. New features includes

• /status page with sensor status infos
• more internal data sent to Influx

Fixed NetworkWatchdog enabling

• Network Watchdog does not toggle it's status when saving config on enabled WTD.
• Better translation on config page (no hardcoded Polish messages)
• Enabled sensor names on /status page

More data sent to influx

When sending data to InfluxDB, send also hostname (fs_ssid)
