功能如下：原记录CF通过程序备份后迁移DNS到华为或者其他DNS平台然后还原历史解析记录

@lc99520 感觉这个功能的难点在于，各个平台的限制是不同的，有些支持配置权重，有些支持分地区解析，有些支持同时cname和txt记录，ttl的最小值也不同……等
