Need a mobile media selector and appropriate layouts for all page templates.

• Media selector
• Header/footer sizing
• Font sizes for regular text
• Font sizes for front page advertising text
• Mobile-friendly hero unit (with smaller image file size)
• Re-indent code examples on front page for mobile
• Header should be a hamburger with drop-down
• Guides nav should become a drop-down ahead of the guide material itself, giving full screen width to the guide material.
