Describe the bug

When running test I get the error message:

Warning (test-smk-ds.cox.zphSLMA.R:65:5): simple error,wrong formula
invalid formula "survival::Surv(time=SURVTIME,event=EVENT)=D$age": assignment is deprecated**

To Reproduce

Run testhat tests with devtools::test()
