devstack for Quantum NEC OpenFlow plugin

Usage and sample localrc files

Branch Status

stable/grizzly : devstack support for Grizzly release. Some additional fixes against the mainline stable/grizzly are contained.
folsom : devstack support for Folsom release.
master : Just a mirror of the master branch of the mainline devstack
develop : Basically same as master. If necessary, some additional fixes and features may be included, but they will be feedbacked to the mainline.
