This occurred during the CHEESEHub virtual workshop

Step to Reproduce

Login to Workbench via Keycloak + CILogon
Logout of upstream provider (e.g. Purdue, Google, etc)
Refresh the Workbench UI / navigate to Landing Page and click Sign In

Expected Results

User should be redirected to CILogon

Actual Results

502 Error was returned from Keycloak
