Add Item Stats to Dashboard "At A Glance" Widget

Leverage the "At a glance" widget on the dashboard to show some stats related to the events custom post type as well as meta data (i.e. categories, tags). Ideally this should be configurable in the widget settings to allow a user to choose which items to include on the dashboard widget, if any.
