Discussed during 24-11/12 Sprint Close-Out:

Maintain both HTAN1 and HTAN2 Data Models within the same repo, but create a new blank feature branch with CSV empty, but with existing tests available.
As needed, update existing README to reflect expect procedures for branch usage going forward.
