[FDS-890] HTAN schema error when calling "/visualize/attributes" endpoint

@mialy-defelice and @linglp have been hunting down an issue in HTAN schema visualization.

Following the ticket FDS-890 it seems that an issue in our data model should be fixed to resolve this, although I am unsure of the details.

@adamjtaylor To resolve the errors, I removed File and Publication from the Depends On Component column of the model. These are not defined as components so they were causing errors. Further I made Publication Manifest a component since this seemed the intention, however, you all would be the better judge of this. For the current breaks in the model visualization, this indicates that there is an issue with connecting dependencies, so these connections will need to be inspected.
