cordova-plugin-streaming-media Seek bar show inappropriate behaviour and actin doesn't reflect after first attempt

Please describe the issue in detail, with relevant code samples
When the user tries to move the seek bar to or fro, it moves and the video also gets played from that point. this works only in the first try, if again user tries to move the seekbar, the seekbar moves but the video doesn't get affected with this movement.
