Is This Repo Abandoned?

Hi, was just curious, is this repo abandoned?

I was going to ask if I could submit a pull request to add a secondary layout that groups GPIO and related pins in the Pico board layout in a more Kicad "standard" way instead of following the literal physical layout of the board like so:

However it seems there are several pull requests open right now to fix some basic issues and they are not being resolved/closed.

If the project is no longer being maintained (like one of the GND pins not being marked correctly, #21), maybe the project can add another maintainer to do merge requests and the like?
