Current datadir default location has version number in it, might make more sense to remove it now that we don't have support for old 3.x versions.

the reason why i did not change it for navcoin 5.0.0 was that it would require users to sync from scratch or go through a chain/wallet migration process

We could have the wallet just move the folder if it finds the NavCoin4 DIR?
