Thanks for this useful package.
I'm looking with @adamkucharski at some data generated by infrequent outbreaks and it looks like there is some variation of risk by age group. Rsero has some nice functions for estimating outbreaks but are there plans for doing both outbreaks and age groups?
I know serofoi package can do age groups but not outbreaks at the same time.

Hi, thanks for your question.
Do you mean that you want to evaluate both a risk by time and age?
In the package all individuals are exposed to the same epidemics dynamics, and the variations in the response for different groups remains static. Each individual keeps a constant risk during their lifetime, in addition to the varying risk due to the pathogen circulation. Hope this helps.
