Issue Description

I would like to suggest the addition of a Code of Conduct document to the repository. A Code of Conduct helps set expectations for participation, outlines acceptable behavior, and fosters a welcoming and inclusive environment for contributor

Suggested Change

Add a CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file to the root of the repository, adhering to the Contributor Covenant or another widely accepted standard. This document should define the expected behavior, conflict resolution procedures, and contact information for reporting issues.

Rationale

Having a Code of Conduct is beneficial to ensure a positive environment for all contributors, new or experienced. It provides clarity on the community's expectations and helps prevent misunderstandings. Open-source projects that adopt such guidelines tend to have higher participation rates and are perceived as more inclusive.

Urgency

High
