Add context menu to libraries wizard tree view

Tree view which allows selecting library parts to be imported into project (either from metadata or filesystem) should have added context menu, which would show up after right clicking on the tree.

It should be discussed what action are needed, most likely that would be: Expand all, Collapse all, Select all, Deselect all, etc.
