Attachments unavailable in translation docs.

As the title, attachments on translation page are unavailable.
To fix :

• https://docs.mybb.com/1.8/development/translations/#translating-other-items -> .psd groupimages_eng.psd (Size: 221.55 KB / Downloads: 565)
• https://docs.mybb.com/1.8/development/translations/#finishing-steps -> .html readme.html (Size: 11 KB / Downloads: 1414)

Also, have to update all links on that page to new community site from old mod site.
