Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The Reporting Violations section mentions that violations can be reported through the project's communication channels, such as GitHub issues or discussions. However, it does not provide specific instructions or a dedicated email/issue template for reporting misconduct. This might make it difficult for community members to know the correct process to follow, especially if they want to report violations confidentially.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to add a more explicit reporting process, such as a dedicated email address for confidential reports or an issue template on GitHub. This would make it easier for community members to report violations in a clear and straightforward way.

Describe alternatives you've considered
An alternative could be adding a form that allows users to report violations anonymously, if they are uncomfortable using GitHub or other communication platforms.

Additional context
Providing a well-defined reporting process will help ensure that all members feel comfortable raising concerns and will promote a safer, more inclusive environment for contributors.
