Lines 17 to 18 in 6a3fe18

    
           dxDrawRectangle( X - 30, Y - 130, 60, 10, tocolor( 0, 0, 0, 255), 10 ); 
        
           dxDrawRectangle( X - 28, Y - 128, lineLength, 6, tocolor( 255, 0, 0, 200 ), 6 );

The last argument is incorrect.

This will be "fixed" after I push a better and more identical implementation of SA-MP's bars
