Statuses which can't be set by the user should give some feedback

At the moment there are several statuses on documents which are not able to be set by the user, and are instead set by the system when the recipient of some document sets the status on their copy.

For example, a request requisition cannot be set as Finalised, it is set as Sent by the user, and when the matching response requisition is set as Finalised, the request is also.

It would be good to give some feedback to the user about this.

For example instead of a date, display: "This requisition status will change once the matching response has been finalised"
