Consejo infoboxes are displaying at the top of the page (spanish docs only) #98

The Tip infoboxes (<div class='consejo'>) don't display in the usual flow of text in spanish, they all want to be right at the top?

The equivalent (class tip/conseil) work fine in english/french.

Changing from consejo (the blue tip box) to nota (the yellow note one) also fixes it... but why does consejo want to disobey?
