Disable selecting any values in the form after the vaccination event has been edited.

Describe the bug

Currently, when editing a vaccination event and saving it, the Save button of all forms is greyed out and thus further edits is not saved, but the values can be selected and edited (not saved so good for now). It'd be good to disable selecting anything after the Save buttons are greyed out.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Have a vaccination event created in the logged-in store
2. Edit it. Change the vaccination event like vaccine details or vaccinator and Save
3. Notice that Save button of other forms are also greyed out which will not allow further edits until synced.
4. But also notice that despite these buttons being greyed out, the values in those forms are selectable.

Expected behaviour

Disable selecting any values in the form after the vaccination event has been edited.
