Describe the bug

Moving back to first step page while creating vaccination event and saving leads to app crash!

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to Vaccinations
2. Select any existing patient
3. The step2: edit patient details form will load. Now, click the step1(ticked) button so you'll land back to Step1: select a patient page again
4. Select the same patient again.
5. Fill all required fields till the last.
6. Save it, click Confirm or Ok&Next button.
7. See error: it keeps loading forever!

Expected behaviour

No crash like above
