Essa modificação possibilita enviar o SMS a partir da linha de comandos, utilizando o recurso de execução de módulos do python.
Dessa forma fica fácil de utilizar, principalmente em servidores linux, onde é possível criar uma tarefa no cron para agendar os envios.
Adicionei o exemplo de uso no README.
