环境：
Xcode11.3
mac os: 10.15
一运行就提示Could not find iPhone 6 simulator

Xcode 11.3没有iPhone6的模拟器，可以指定模拟器react-native run-ios --simulator="iPhone 11"，如果指定模拟器不行可能是react-native没有更新对最新模拟器型号的支持，直接打开ios目录下project直接运行

我之前都已经试过了，任然是报错的，你确信你的是最新环境吗？
Found Xcode project ListViewExample.xcodeproj
Could not find iPhone 11 simulator

如果用命令报错，你可以用在ios目录下找到.xcodeproj后缀名的文件，用Xcode打开，选择模拟器直接运行。

你说的我早就试过了，而且我让另外做iOS的朋友各种方式都试了下，都不行，感觉你现在的环境不是最新环境，不然你自己试下就应该知道了，网上提示是要升级react-native，但是依然不行
